Mailing lists
Mailing lists must be submitted to Itella without exception for letter, DM and publication mailings.The list displays the customer IDs, payer information, service levels etc. required for invoicing for mailings. The easiest way to fill in mailing lists is to do so electronically, over the Internet.
Delivery services renewed
Addressed letter, advertisement, and publication deliveries have been renewed on January 1, 2013. The change applies to domestic deliveries which are ordered using a mailing list and delivered with the daily mail.

Back-up system for the electronic mailing list
The printed mailing list acts as a back-up system for the electronic mailing list. The use of the printed mailing list is free of charge when the electronic mailing list is unavailable due to Itella's system errors.
