Mail redirection services for companies and organisations
Mail redirection services are address-specific and each service is ordered separately. The service charge is service order-specific.
Change of address
Change of address refers to a notification where a mail recipient informs Itella their current address and the new address. Change of address is free of charge.
Based on the change of address, Itella will forward letter items and universal service parcels (Mail parcels) sent to the old address, unless agreed otherwise with the sender.
Move Mail Service
Upon a change of address, a forwarding service for 12 months, which covers all mail items.

The service fee for fixed-term mail forwarding and delivery interruption for more than two months is based on two-month periods.
Week specification refers to seven days. When computing service duration, the start and end day of the service are regarded as days when the service is valid.
Forwarding Abroad
Based on a change of address, regular first- and second-class letter items up to 50 grams are forwarded abroad. In paid services (Move Mail Service and fixed-term mail forwarding) regular first- and second-class letter items up to 250 grams are forwarded abroad.
Other items will be returned to the sender or processed as undeliverable.
