Retention periods
If the addressee was unavailable when delivery of the item was attempted or an item remains uncollected at the post office, it will be retained for a limited term.
One calendar week in addition to the week of arrival
- Transport units
Two calendar weeks in addition to the week of arrival
- Domestic Itella Express and Itella Economy parcels
- Itella Express, EMS, Priority parcel, Economy parcel
- All letter items.
