Itella Corporation has launched a corporation-wide project to enhance supplier relations with the aim of offering selected partners the possibility to engage in closer, deeper co-operation with Itella Group. We will focus on purchasing and procurement operations with suppliers able to provide the Itella with more competitive products and services corresponding with Itella Group's best interests and environmental goals. Strategic partners shall be selected for key sectors, enabling shared product and service development. Such co-operation may be enhanced on a long-term basis to become more cost-effective.
