Our Information Service
- Provides you with the correct address information for retrieval from the Itella extranet, via line transfer (FTP), by e-mail or by regular mail at the interval of your choice: monthly, weekly or even daily.
- Returns undelivered items if you so desire. Only first- and second-class, Priority and Economy letters are delivered abroad.
- Finds out the addressee's new address if the address in your shipment materials is outdated, incomplete or incorrect, even if years have passed since the change of address.
- Delivers the item without delay to the addressee's new address.
