De Luxe Telegrams and Printed Condolences

De luxe telegrams provide a festive and convenient way of observing the anniversaries of companies and business partners. They can also serve as a dignified invitation to various events. Printed condolences are a beautiful gesture and an elegant way of conveying one’s condolences.

You can place an order in advance and define the desired delivery date. We make sure that the item will be in the right place at the right time. If you wish the delivery to be on the day of placing the order, on a Saturday or to a foreign country, please contact our Call Centre in advance to confirm that such a delivery is possible.

Sending de luxe telegrams

1. Orders through the Internet

  • Contractual customers can place an order via Extranet. The service will be charged to the customer number. If your company is not registered with our Extranet service, please order the relevant codes from your Itella contact person or through our Customer service.
  • Other customers can place an order through Consumer service and pay for the service via their online bank.

2. Orders through the Call Centre

  • Service in Finnish 0200 44001, service in Swedish 0200 44002. Local network charge.
  • Mon–Fri 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Sat 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

3. Orders by email

  • Email the topic and number of the intended De Luxe Telegram or Printed Condolences or Congratulations, the recipient's address information, day of delivery, and your message to korusahke@posti.fi. Also include your invoicing address in the email message.

Inquiries on an order placed and the anniversary service can be made by calling telegram information on number 0200 44200 on weekdays (Mon–Fri) 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Local network charge.

Delivery time

De luxe telegrams ordered by 7 p.m. on weekdays (Mon–Fri) will be delivered on 1st Class letter delivery terms in Finland, in the first instance on the following working day. Orders placed on weekends (Sat–Sun) will be delivered earliest on Tuesday.
